ü  Rates are valid from 1 September 2008 to 31 December 2009

ü  Rates are in THAI BAHT (THB)

ü  Rates are per room and per night

ü  Rates are based on single or double occupancy

ü  Rates are net and inclusive 10% Service Charge, 1% Provincial Tax and 7% Value added tax

ü  Rates are non-commissionable

ü  Rates are subject to change without prior notice

ü  Rates are subject to advanced reservation and space availability upon booking

Benefits

ü  Above rates are inclusive of American breakfast at the restaurant. Breakfast delivered in the room is subject to extra payment

ü  Above rates are inclusive a welcome drink upon arrival

ü  Honeymooners will receive a complimentary fruit & flowers pack

Extras

ü  Samui airport/hotel/Samui airport is THB 600,- /person per way

ü  Samui-Nathon ferry/hotel/Samui-Nathon ferry is THB 400,- /person per way

ü  A child less than 12 years is free of charge except American breakfast of THB 250,- when sharing same room with parents, max 1 child per room, with no extra bed provided

ü  Extra bed for a 3^rd person sharing the room is THB 1.500,- per person per night including breakfast & taxes

ü  Mandatory Festive Dinner are:

-       Christmas Dinner on 24 Dec: THB 3.000,-/adult, THB 1.500,-/child (less than 12 years)

-       New Year Gala Dinner on 31 Dec: THB 3.500, -/adult, THB 1750,-/child (less than 12 years)

-       Chinese New Year Gala Dinner: THB 3.000,-/adult, THB 1.500,-/child (less than 12 years)

Terms & Conditions

ü  Check-in time: 14.00hrs - Check-out time: 12.00hrs (noon)

ü  Late check-out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50% room rate if check-out prior to 6h00 p.m. and after 6h00 p.m. at full rate

ü  Full prepayment is required at the time of the booking

ü  All cancellations of bookings must be made by mail at: info@asiaspiritlodge.com or by fax at + 66 (0)77 92 00 36

ü  Cancellation charges are:

-       In low season :

§  more than 3 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total price of the guests’ entire stay

§  less than 3 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total price of the guests’ entire stay

-       In high season :

§  more than 7 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total price of the guests’ entire stay

§  less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total price of the guests’ entire stay

-       Peak season

§  more than 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price of the guests’ entire stay

§  less than 15 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total price of the guests’ entire stay

ü  Full charge equal to the full stay applying for early departure and no-show

ü  Credit card is required to guarantee on room reservations
